When will I receive my order?

Orders will ship out within 1 week of purchase unless specified. Some products will state they are available for pre-order in their respective descriptions, which means they have to be made before being shipped out. Please allow 4-5 weeks processing time for pre-orders to complete. After placing an order, you will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text. 

 

When will I receive my tracking number? 

You will receive a tracking number within 1 week of purchase via email and/or SMS text. For pre-orders, please allow 4-5 weeks or sooner after purchase until you receive tracking info. You can check for tracking here.

We are not liable for lost or missing packages once tracking shows it has been shipped. If you never receive your order, but the tracking shows it has been delivered, check with the shipping provider, neighbors, or post office before reaching out to our email at: endermyrmex@gmail.com

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however shipping prices will vary depending on location.

 

Do you provide free shipping?

Depending on your location, you can receive free standard shipping on orders over $60.00. Eligible customers must select Standard Shipping during checkout in order to receive benefits. If you choose another shipping options, additional charges will apply. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any given time.

 

What is the return policy?

Refunds

Refunds for double orders or for any other reason take 5-10 days to process depending on your bank.

 

Frequent Checkout Errors

Credit cards may be declined for many reasons. A common issue you may face is sometimes the billing address is NOT the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. Make sure your credit card number and the CVV are correct.
