When will I receive my order?

Orders will ship out within 1 week of purchase unless specified. Some products will state they are available for pre-order in their respective descriptions, which means they have to be made before being shipped out. Please allow 4-5 weeks processing time for pre-orders to complete. After placing an order, you will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text.

We are not liable for lost or missing packages once tracking shows it has been shipped. If you never receive your order, but the tracking shows it has been delivered, check with the shipping provider, neighbors, or post office before reaching out to our email at: endermyrmex@gmail.com

Do you provide free shipping?

Depending on your location, you can receive free standard shipping on orders over $60.00. Eligible customers must select Standard Shipping during checkout in order to receive benefits.
